Google says 8 minutes by car, call it 10 to be safe in the taxi, after getting off the plane, which if it's Ryanair will almost certainly land early, in fact most flights do, so you could be in the arena by 9:30, which should be before Frampton enters the ring. I suspect they'll be showing the whole bill on allegedly, likely starting at 7, so he should be on around 10 looking at the current schedule. Don't know about the hand luggage though, but I can't see there being too many problems with it.

flying with EASYJET, says flight will be 55 mins from Manchester?
Only going for the weekend so just be a change of clothes, suppose they can search the bag if they want!
Google says 25 mins from Belfast International to Oddysey Arena?
Coverage on BN starts at 6pm...im thinking of shelling out for an earlier flight with someone else?
Advice?????

A Carl Frampton ring walk is currently the highlight of the calender year for me,they Belfast folk really get behind their man, even louder than the Glasgow crowd when Burns is fighting i'd say

I used George Best airport, didn't realise there was 2 airports, best option seems to be Glass Joe's suggestion of the £40 flight from Manchester to Belfast one way in the morning.

International airport is at least 1/2 hour. Belfast City is 8 mins from the odyssey arena. Easyjet fly into International, Flybe fly into City but they are normally expensive this close to the date.

Last time out his ring walk was just after 10pm. Hope you make it mate, his ring walk is a sight to behold!!

Barry McQuigan surprisingly direct mailed me in reply to this question on twitter saying ring walk 10:15pm-10:30pm so if you have a taxi booked at Belfast International and just hand luggage you should make it.

Yeah it's 30 minutes approx from International, miles away from the city. RIng walk 10.15/10.30 I think, will be cutting it fine. Not sure about the bag, would get onto the Odyssey on that one

Yep agree with this. When I was over for the Martinez fight the whole build up to the ring walk was special too - whole crowd singing along to American pie haha
