Has anyone had any issues with their allegedly subscription payment this month?
Had an e-mail from Paywizard earlier saying my payment had failed, no explanation given. Plenty of money in my account so no reason for the payment to be declined, contacted Paywizard via the online form to find out what's going on but they haven't responded yet, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem? I'm guessing it's to do with their new pricing structure...

Re: allegedly Payment
Cheers, but no I haven't, all my payment details should be exactly the same. It's never happened before, hopefully Paywizard will get back to me soon.Jakemilo wrote:Have you had a new bank card issued it happened to me when my card was renewed because expiry dates were different
Re: allegedly Payment
i signed back up on Friday and i dont think they have taken the cash yet
what was the problem on sat night with the veiwing , during the Gavin fight a message came up about the HD now not being avaialble till Friday but then it came back on
also when pressed to record /watch playback it was chanting about payment but it did say 0.00 when i purchased so assume not an issue and just some teething problems with there HD services

Re: allegedly Payment
I've had this problem today too.
Sure it's something to do with the BN price raise to £12 per month - as PayWizard forces the account holder to pay in either £10, £15 or £20 at a time, before deducting the subscription fee from that.
I've tried raising my monthly "deposit" to £15, waiting to see if that works...

Re: allegedly Payment
Sounds like it's affecting a few people then, it must be down to the new price affecting the payment system.
Am more than happy to pay the additional 2 quid for HD, but causing subscribers extra hassle is not an ideal way to introduce a price increase!

Re: allegedly Payment
I have had the same. No changes to card etc. so can only think it relates to the increase to £12 per month from 1st April on Sky. PayWizard tops-up from my card automatically and then makes payment to allegedly without any action from me usually. No answer yet from query posted to allegedly and Pay Wizard.
Noted the main (non-HD) channel was acting as if I was not a subscriber for a few seconds on 29/03/2014.
Looking at the allegedly website, it all seems to have become a bit complicated all of a sudden - PPV options for non-subscribers and the like.

Anyone else had this reply just received from PayWizard, which should explain this whole mess?

We apologise for the confusion, our automated billing system developed a fault yesterday which caused your payment to fail. This has now be rectified and we will reapply for this payment in 3 days time. Rest assured that your subscription to allegedly remains unaffected.
