Troy JamesVsRonnie Clark British S/F Eliminator 6/7th June

Post by Boxingcutsman »

After Troy knocked out top 10 contender Chris Male inside 1 round back in November 2013 in there British eliminator this is our next step to trying to win the best looking belt & most prestigious to us
The Lord Lonsdale Belt.

Troy will face another good fighter & top 10 ranked opponent in Ronnie 'the Avoided' Clark

I know Clarks people were adamant they would have the fight in Scotland, it doesn't seem to look that way, has we won the purse bids today, despite team Clark having a big backer ;;-)

The fight will take place at Bedworth Civic Hall, just outside Coventry (Troy home town) on Saturday 7th June.

Looking forward to this, I expect fireworks :box: I told ya we won't avoid anyone

Get ya passports ready lads, it's party time :TU:

This should be really good; I've seen Troy box a couple of times and he's a really decent fighter; I've not seen Clark but read about him (on here  ). Ronnie will have to be tuned in for this one as Troy does hit very hard.

Be a good fight. Would be genuinely intrigued to see it just because of here! Never been to Coventry either, been sent there loads of times though. Despite being English, I've got to like Ronnie's cheek recently and after following him on Facebook know he's been through a lot recently. May the best man sin.

watched Ronnie Clark draw with Ryan Walsh for the Masters, a very good fighter, but Troy James is a very strong man and can punch, it has fight of the year, written all over it, can't see it going the full distance, especially if it is set at a fast pace, lean slightly towards Troy James, if he is in great shape and makes the weight right, but Ronnie Clark will push him hard, what a good match though.

Gonna be a great fight gentlemen, both lads train hard & fight harder so it's gonna be ferocious and that's what we're looking forward too.

We look forward to having a laugh and a drink with Ronnie & his team after the fight.
it's all business & banter while we get ready to go to war but after we're gentlemen

I hope some sort of Tv take note of this even if its to film to show at later date cuz I expect this to be a fantastic small hall classic

100% this won't go the distance

I don't think Troy will be the puncher in there if I am honest, he has a similar record to ronnie and to me he caught male cold. Can happen to anyone, we will soon see but a bit premature regarding calling him a banger. Just my opinion and to be classed one you have a record for say comney who puts the journeymen out of there. Great fight though and the best man will win
