RIDDICK BOWE, WEIGHT GAIN.
ROCK NEWMAN STATED THAT RIDDICK BOWE GAINED TO MUCH WEIGHT IN BETWEEN FIGHTS..........SOMETIMES 70 POUNDS. HE SAYS THIS OVER TIME THIS ERODODED HIS REFLEXES........DOES ROCK NEWMAN HAVE THIS RIGHT, DOES WEIGHT FLUCUATION, ERODOE REFLEXES.?...IS THIS A PROVEN FACT..?............PLEASE POST.......

My reflexes were noticably slower even with a 10lbs rise.
Its not so much the reflexes, you see what you want to do but you just can't do it at the speed you expected, so you get caught out.

Dropping large amounts of weight, quickly is also detrimental.
