Would it be possible to find out how much a boxer earned for a major title fight anywhere on this site? I thought it might be interesting to see how much fighters like Louis, Johnson, Ali etc. made in comparison to the boxers of today. If not, are there any sites out there that provide this information already? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Every now-and-then, fightnews will show a "purse watch" and announce what the amounts were contracted for each fighter. I'm not sure if the commission provides this info, or if the promoter does.

I wouldn't mind knowing myself what some of these guys are getting.
