I thought it was a really entertaining bill, a few proper upsets and a good standard throughout. Good fights, though maybe not the names to sell it.

The bill was good. I said before the that I thought it was the worst of the Copperbox bills thus far but it probably ended up being the best because the gulf in class on the other ones was so apparent.

Probably more by accident than design but it turned out to be a fairly competitive card.

The Keane v Warburton matchup was probably the strangest of the lot. I hope he doesn't lose heart.

I hope Warburton still gets fights, be a shame if a win like that cost him money because promoters are scared to put their fighters in with him.

Well you would hope it actually makes him money because promoters will want to stick him in with slightly better guys.

There's only so many that they would be willing to risk him against though and a lot of his work comes on small hall shows, where promoters have tight budgets and may not want to risk prospects against him. I'd like to see him have a little run and maybe go for an Area title, otherwise it will be back to the same old routine in the away corner for him after 2 wins in his last 3. Unfortunately whatever happens he probably has lost a few quid, which is a shame really because he doesn't deserve to lose money for beating a big selling prospect, but that's the way things work I suppose.

He had just switched trainers and was talking about how much he was learning. Definitely could have let him learn against somebody lesser than Warburton, especially as he was arguably on the back of consecutive wins.
