Reed is 27 this year. What age does he stop being a youth?

You have to be under 24 to qualify for a youth title, but someone over that age can fight for one if the opponent's under 24, but if they win the title automatically becomes vacant. Even though that's the rule, the sanctioning bodies would probably let two 35 year olds fight for it if they paid the sanctioning fee.

IBO (?)

Youth Title (?)

Whatever the sanctioning fee is, it is too high.

Didn't realise that the IBO was still going. Until this thread, I can't remember when I last heard of it.
