If the likes of Wlad can box at the Olympics, will kill amatuer boxing. Look what it did or the profile of te likes of Joshua. If Pros boxed in the last Olympics, either Joshua would've never been entered and would've not even heard of by the general public or would've been KOd as a young, aspiring fighter

AIBA are doing all they can to make amateur boxing professional as it is...

I know it was posted recently but is that an old article? It states Manny passed last year.

AIBA are trying to revitalise Olympic Style Boxing (bye bye amateur!) but I don't think they are going to let established pro's back into the system. Last time I checked they were only allowing under 10 bouters back in as per WSB rules.

I think the limit is 14 pro fights to get into the APB

Well at least it would improve his competition and he couldn't force them to sign there careers away if they win...

Plus with the notoriously bad scoring , he would probably get beat anyway

Not that old chestnut again. If they become mandatory, they dont have to sign anything away.
