What's all this he occasionally says about winning
A European title, is it the Italian angle And if so
How is he able to do so is it
Through a relative etc?

his parents were italian, so he should qualify. I imagine the fight would have to be in europe though

If Gavin is still fighting Bundu for it and wins that would be 2 very good fights for Frankie

I think you need to have had a certain amount if fights in Europe before contending for the title.

Money talks. If Malignaggi brings enough money to a fight they will stage a European title fight in his back yard. Eating a bowl of spaghetti after the weigh in will qualify him.

This is the fight game If there is a rule it can be bent or broken as long as enough lira is involved.

he was going for the Italian title then for the european title agaist mathew hatton but then golden boy signed him, mabey him and frankie gavin in the future for the ebu title and a inter title on a undercard at the mgm grand
