Only seen him box once, he is through to the semi finals if the light heavy tournament on channel 5, don't really no much about him? Did he have much of a amateur pedigree?

Think he boxed a bit as an amateur, can't remember how much, but he didn't have many fights. Packed in at one point because of football, but a few years ago he stopped playing and ended up boxing again. Can't remember the exact story but it was something like that.

Matty is a really nice kid. And he's boxing out of his skin. Seen a few of his spars over the last 2 or 3 weeks and he is flying. Got a top top coach behind him in Johnny roye. He's a really talented kid and would be definately worth a bet to win the channel 5 tournament. Good luck Matty
