Per the day-after TACOMA NEWS-TRIBUNE newspaper, Belanger's bout with Harold Mays April 10, 1929 occurred at Providence, RI, USA - not Montreal, QC, Canada. Robin? You name is attached to this bout. :P

'43 RRB has Montreal, definitely go with the paper location.
