A Sad & Sorry Display

Post by mikesloyan »

What a sad & sorry display we were forced to witness last night as the Commonwealth heavyweight title was awarded to Danny Williams on a split decision. No argument about the decision.... what little aggression that was shown in the pathetic event did emanate from the floundering efforts of Danny Williams.

If there is a positive view to be taken from this farce it is hopefully that the "Audley Fraud" has now been exposed and that we will not be abused by his presence in a British ring again. I am sure Audley has a great future as a greeter on the doors of Vegas casinos.

The depressing truth is that we don't presently have a credible heavyweight in the UK. No one can in all honesty look to Danny Williams to revive our domestic heavyweight division because he is only minutely more credible than the "A Farce".

Perhaps "Fatty Hamed" has plans to return to the ring as a heavyweight.... he certainly has the proportions these days.... Come back Richard Dunn all is forgiven! He might have gone to the floor every 20 seconds but at least he genuinely arrived at each bout with the honest intention of fighting someone.

Any comments on this posting should be written on a £10 pound note and sent to my home address .

Cheers

Can't argue with a word that you have said.

Just to think, we used to criticise Joe Bugner, Frank Bruno & Lennox Lewis!!! Oh how I wish they were still around!!!! :TU:

Bruno would probably batter Harrison even now.

Mother Theresa and Gandhi could have put on a better show and they're fornicating dead.

LOL!!!

The sad thing is, 'Parcel Force' was so lamentable, that Bruno would have been sat at home thinking, "I can beat this bum!"!!!!

He was going to come back a couple of years ago, to fight 'Parcel Force', but then he had all the problems we know about.

The sad fact is, he might still have enough left to beat someone as poor as Harrison!!!!

Are we not counting Roman Greenberg as British? He's the only hope now. Maybe David Haye will have a growth spurt.

Greenberg is a far better fighter than Audley.

Watch Roman v Kendrick Releford over 10 rounds this Friday.

The next great British heavyweight probably hasnt even started boxing yet. It's going to be a sad wait.
