Hallelujah - thank god we don't get this inept fool messing up Groves/Froch II

And re James' post above, the IBF are obviously still run by a bunch of clowns.

Have a look at this short clip of the grandstanding fool, he is clearly an idiot

Rodriguez should have been disqualified for not hitting him much harder.

Yep clearly loves the attention on himself and likes to be totally 'involved' in the fight so everyone notices him. My definition of a really BAD referee. The best refs are the ones who just get on quietly and efficiently and who don't make a show of themselves.

I dont have a major issue with his performance in the Arreola fight but I did think he was a massive attention whore in the Ward-Rodriguez fight.

Although I agree he was a massive attention whore in the Ward-Rodriguez fight, he did succeed in making both boxers fight much cleaner. I actually enjoyed watching Ward work during the 2nd half of that fight after Reiss had his hissy-fit, probably the first time I could say I enjoyed watching Ward. It was also pretty funny, just cos it was so ridiculous to see a referee have a tantrum during a world title fight.
