If he moves up a weight it could get interesting with Groves and Degale. Even at his current weight there are some good fights to be had domestically.

I had to laugh at the Golovkin comment.

He does seem to be suffering from critics due to his father, just like Chavez Jr.

He might be the one to Watch out of all of our prospects.

analyse his resume and what do you find?.....life and death fights with terry Caruthers, and Bradley 'welter on the shelve' pryce (I like steve gray but his card was awful).

All he is good for is knocking out/stopping eastern euro asylum seekers....in fact half his resume is eastern European?!.....The man is not domestic level. Anyone can buy a ticket to Belarus and come back 8-0 (8) in a month.....jr is NO WHERE NEAR chavez, or any of that class. The comments are ridiculous, luke Campbell fighting and beating mayweather and pacman back to back, is more believable.

Mexicooo chill out. Its just fight talk and selling tickets. I would think everyone involved with CE junior knows his limitations but there is no harm in bigging him up and trying to get as much money as possible and keeping his profile high.

I know that whole lot personally, including Ronnie. They are looking to use gimmicks and have him fight no-ones to look impressive, and then cash in on a big fight....which is why they keep mouthing big names...look at who hes fought....and who he believes he wants to fight......ive never seen a more negative correlation ever. He has been turned over countless times in sparring by people such as nick Blackwell, alex dilmagani, larry eckyundo, and a 50-50 spar with mendy. And if you look at it, nick Blackwell is a solid domestic fighter, alex is a talent but missing in action and a lightweight, larry is a naturally great fighter and a welter, and mendy is a 50-50 fighter.

And before anyone starts with the whole 'sparring' thing....eubank takes it like a fight, and gives it 100%, which sr ALWAYS tells him to do.....if anything hes worse on fight night (coupled with the fact his opposition is a lot worse than the gym partners)

I don't hate on jr, hes a decent enough guy, a bit arrogant and silver spooned but decent...his dad is just trying to stay relevant and is using his son as a tool. Jr will be euro class at best....end of

I would say he definately beats etches who punches hard but seems to use his chin as a line of defence, Ryder is a reasonable fighter, no more, he is in the colin dunne mould, even looks like him!...but maybe eubank would edge that one.

I agree he came across well until those silly comments. yeah have self belief etc but to say he beats anyone at MW or SMW except Andre Ward NOW is ludacris including GGG.

Stick him in with a british level or even fringe next few fights. Jez Wilson, Adam Etches, Rod Smith, Prince Arron, Nick Blackwell then if beats them up a level to Billy Joe Saunders and European

I would then love to see him in with Ryder or Etches, and then if those obstacles are passed on to Billy Joe Saunders.

He definitely has talent but it is near impossible to judge a fighter until they step up against opposition that will test them.

The thing with Jr is he isn't nearly as arrogant outside the ring as he is in it,he actually comes across well in interviews,even post fight when the adreneline's flowing he seems cool but in the ring he's a bit of a knob and i think "i cant wait to see you get sparked out" then when i hear him interviewed after a fight i think "your alright you"

I agree with this 100% he came across well on ringside. I've not been impressed so far tho, maybe if he stopped messing around and fighting my opinion would change. With Bellew & Booth who I respect a lot saying good things, makes me think he must have something.
