He finally got it. Man, the next few minutes will be interesting.
Re: May 24th Showtime: Andrezj Fonfara vs Adonis Stevenson
Fonfara is a lot busier than Hop tho. He's making Adonis tired. Against Hop, Stevenson can fight at a slower pace.
Re: May 24th Showtime: Andrezj Fonfara vs Adonis Stevenson
Hopkins style is completely different though to be fair. It's fonfara's pressure that causing him issues.JCS wrote:![]()
Anyone who thought Hopkins had no chance against Stevenson.

Stevenson showed a lot of heart in that 10th.

No doubt in my mind that Kovalev would destroy Stevenson. He is far too easy to hit.
Re: May 24th Showtime: Andrezj Fonfara vs Adonis Stevenson
Should be fairly wide on the cards but it wouldnt tell the full story of the fight. Fonfara put up a very good showing. Wouldnt mind seeing him against Kovalev now to see how it went. I'd fancy Kovalev to stop him but it would be interesting.

Yeah but so is Kovalev to be fair! LolBaby Face Finster wrote:No doubt in my mind that Kovalev would destroy Stevenson. He is far too easy to hit.

Re: May 24th Showtime: Andrezj Fonfara vs Adonis Stevenson
Stevenson clearly won, but this was a good fight. Glad to see it was so competitive. Fonfara raised his stock and he will likely get another t.v. spot against a top ranked fighter. Again, good stuff. As often as Stevenson was tagged it would be hard for me not to favor Kovalev now.
Re: May 24th Showtime: Andrezj Fonfara vs Adonis Stevenson
I think Kovalev would definitely KO Stevenson as well. It would be a really good fight though. I think Kovalev would stop him around the 8th or 9th round. If he got tired the way he did here against Fonfara and he was in the ring with Kovalev he'd be in deep sh*t.Baby Face Finster wrote:No doubt in my mind that Kovalev would destroy Stevenson. We've never really had to see Kovalev go that deep into a fight either though so he could also gas.gilgamesh wrote:I think Kovalev would definitely KO Stevenson as well.
