I read an interview and Joe said his hands were horribly painful, the cumulative effect of 25 years of hard punching had left them in an awful state. He looks well and in trim, he'll never come back and I'm glad he won't. Boxing looks a very hard way to make money and he's a boxing success story, why spoil it?

Yeah, Lewis is another. To walk away at the top without accruing too much damage, left your mark, money in the bank it's almost the impossible dream in boxing.
Calzaghe never seems the most happy of people though. Seems like boxing was all he knew and wasn't much of a fan of that
