Judges for Froch vs Groves

does anyone know who they are yet? Most attention has been on the ref but the judges must be better than in the 1st fight

According to WBN, apparently its: Michael Pernick, David Singh, Alejandro Lopez

The Polish judge has been replaced (not sure by which of the above tho).

Cheers mate, Singh has came in , the other 2 are good judges although Singh hasn't been involved in a fight this big before, scores a few fights a draw too going by his record

They're probably not the most well-known (infamous?!) out there. As long as they do a good job though if needed.

Pernick and Lopez have done a good job recently, my puck is groves on points, overall I'm very happy with 2 of the judges, the ref seems fine too. Singh prob the weakest of 4

There is speculation that this might be the biggest fight in British boxing history and yet we have a referee and 3 judges who are relative unknowns at this level. I think it's outrageous, and the Board should have been stronger and demanded at least one home grown official.

Pernick judged Wlad-Haye, Bradley-Pac 2, and Mayweather-Maidana among others; he's hardly an unknown at this level. Lopez isn't as experienced but he judged Burns-Crawford, Segura-Marquez, Hernandez-Cunningham II, Wlod-Cunningham II, Klitschko-Thompson II, and Marquez-Fedchenko, and more importantly there doesn't seem to be any glaring missteps on his record, at least in terms of the fights I've seen and heard about. Sure, there are more experienced judges, but then again they are often the ones who turn in baffling cards and keep getting big fights anyway (see CJ Ross).

And people really care that there isn't a British judge? Does it mean that much to you?
