It's a really tough fight to call, and I still haven't made my mind up who I think will win. I know that I WANT Groves to win. Possibly Groves will box a bit cleverer in the later rounds this time, so for the sake of joining in, I'll say Groves by 2-3 rounds on the cards. But it's anyones fight.

I'm gonna say Froch between 9 and 11 in an epic comeback where he's sustained a bad beating in the early rounds. It will be Taylor-esque I reckon.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Carl stop him late again. I saw a bit of Amir Khan in Groves when he was against the roles in the first one, throwing back when he should have been holding on.

But I'm going with Groves PTS, I think he has the tools and if boxes smart he should take it.

Going to be there, can't wait.

If Groves is sensible he will just go out and outbox Froch and win a unanimous points win. If his ego takes over and he lets himself get dragged into a brawl he's going to come unstuck and Froch will stop him late 10 to 12.

Groves 5-8. I think Froch is perhaps on the slide. He'll ship some punishment mid rounds and Groves will be looking to end it.

Froch will always be dangerous but I think he's the lesser skilled and less powerful fighter here. Yes he won the first fight but we all know why theyre fighting again.

Looking forward to another good showing from both.

IMHO its Groves to lose, a younger, better techincal boxer and better footwork, great counter puncher ...Froch is HOPING Groves will tire in the later rounds after getting punched out when schooling froch for majority of the fight. Much like last time ...however Groves looks in better shape this time round. so Groves on points wide dec

I've watched the first fight again this morning and how Froch took some of those shots is beyond me and if GG couldnt put Froch away last time he never will. If Groves boxes clever and just goes for the win he will get through on points. I don't think Carl can win on points and Froch now has the knowledge that he won't be able to outbox this kid and should have the game plan of wearing him down a bit and then going for the kill ala last fight. So it'd a toss up for me. Groves points or Froch K.O.

Just before the stoppage, to me it looked like Froch's legs were about done, he looked stiff legged.

Sometimes a fighter's great chin can just disappear - I'm thinking about Jeff Fenech. 12 round war with Azumah Nelson, then in the rematch, his chin is gone...

We could see something similar again tonight, after all those punches Carl took last time out.

It might be Groves by KO before 6

I agree, a lot of the experience that Carl has over Groves has been hard won. I think we saw his last hurrah and he may get chinned suddenly.

Could happen but i think Georges chance to win was last time when froch had massively under rated him and was caught napping early in the fight. This time Groves hasnt got the element of surprise and froch knows that if he sits on him Groves will buckle.

I thought about this fight alot, and i have an unusual suspicion. I voted on it, and it was the least (tied) picked option.

I think Groves will stop Froch late, and could be a master-stroke to do it.

How often is boxing, at the top level, a game of chess and tactics.

Froch is a slow, arm puncher. He doesn't put guys on their seat like Groves did to him or Smith, he grits and grinds them like he did to Taylor. The most envisaged scenario of a Froch victory is to take this fight to the trenches. Take it to where he is proven and where George looks like he can't handle it. I don't think anyone believes Froch is capable of a 1-punch finish in the early rounds.

I believe the "3 rounds" talk from Groves is a smokescreen. I think they've hatched a plan, not to blast Froch early, but to break him down, jab him to pieces, fustrate him, make him look slow and stupid, stay fresh, get Froch desperate, then empty the tank on him in the championship rounds as a softened, older Froch comes looking for the stoppage he needs to keep his belts. It would be a disciplined plan, and a patient one, to keep back your punching power to use it late rather than early, but it could be the making of a formidable world champion in Groves, who has made great progress since Kenny Anderson.

Groves pts.

Despite all the Froch backers, I've yet to see a good argument breaking down the fight technically, analysing how Froch can win this.

It's all shit like "groves will gas", "they will war" etc. If Groves fights the correct fight, Froch has no chance. Groves hits harder, is quicker, better feet, quicker feet, more elusive and can win the jab exchanges. Froch has got heart and a chin and they won't be enough tonight.

Don't believe the "I'm fully focused" hype. Froch is a consummate professional.

Groves for me.

Even before the first fight he looked to be much more talented. He just needs to be smart and not get drawn into trading with Froch.

It's not a fight you can pick with any certainty though. It Froch wins it won't be surprising.

I'm still torn between the two. I've changed my mind probably over 10 times on this fight, as the fight nears I'm beginning to think Froch may take it again. I can't pick a winner to be honest.

My head says Groves, gut feeling Froch comes out late again to redeem himself.

You know, I believe its up to Groves if he wants to win this fight the way it should be done.. Groves has the skills and ability to outbox Froch every day of the week. The problem for me - Groves last time out let his game plan go out the window the minute he decided to turn the fight into the war. It was his choice to start trading with the veteran in Froch and a stupid move.

Groves wins tonight providing he sticks with his boxing skills. His right hand was landing on the button numerous times when Froch runs in. Groves needs to pick his shots and nail Froch. He can do it. A disciplined Groves tonight beats Froch. A mindless Groves will end up beaten again.

Another question is - Can Froch keep taking those shots last time he absorbed?

My final Prediction: Groves finishes the job around the mid rounds. Lands an absolute monster of a shot on Froch. This time Froch doesn't get up.

Groves on points, he knows what he has to do to keep Froch frustrated, box him on the back foot and frustrate him.

The last thing you want to do against Froch is engage in battle. Just counter punch.

Froch struggled until half way the last time because he keep leading and being countered. Once Groves started to lead, then Froch got the better of him.

It will be a tactical fight. I can see it being very tight, but a split decision for Groves is my call.

Groves should be able to control this fight with his superior skills and natural gifts. Most of those picking Froch are believing he can wear the more youthful man down by luring him into brawls late. I do think that this fight could end with a late stoppage for Froch.

But, after reviewing the first fight, I think that Froch might come out for an early end. Carl got caught by a perfect shot and he really never fully recovered from it. Yet, Froch still came on mid rounds and got the win. The difference in the first fight was one punch. I think Froch intends to come out and hurt Groves early, making him go into survival mode this time then finishing the younger man legit later on.

Groves believes that he should have finished Froch when he had the chance, but he had the chance in the second round of the first fight and could not get it done. Froch believes he was about to finish Groves after weathering George's best, but we will never know the answer to that, unfortunately.

I think that Froch believes he can make Groves fold like a Siamese Fighting Fish. I think Carl believes that he can do a Bute on Groves, which may well lead to a Hearns v Hagler kind of night.

I've changed my mind a lot on this too. I'm sticking to my guns and forecasting Froch by stoppage by the 10th. The fight will go the same as the first minus the knockdown.

I wouldn't be hugely surprised at any result though.

Look what happened in the centre of the ring for round 6. That was a huge moment. They went toe-to-toe and Froch got volleyed with some huge shots and backed-up, hurt, with his tail between his legs. I'm having a hard time predicting Froch's tactics. Maybe he estimates his boxing ability better than most and believes he can box a steady game and beat Groves, he rates his abraham performance highly. Or he may believe his best chance, is war. Either way, i like Groves.

In a fight he can not win, Froch will see it out to the bitter end and in defeat, much like Eubank, will get the credit he deserves.
