Can't in a billion years see Fury agreeing to that unless Haye has had a fight in the interim. Likewise can't see Haye going straight back in with someone as high in the rankings as Fury (assuming he beat Chisora.) I'd expect him to fight someone fairly routine who is over-rated in the rankings.

Only way I would even remotely accept Haye facing Fury is if he put down $1 million dollars as an insurance policy, that he will show up to the contest. If he dont, the money goes to Fury.

That being said, if Haye does come back I'd rather see him take on the Stiverne/Wilder winner; but he'd have to beat a top ranked contender first.

Unless he's trying to say he didnt get his ticket money returned? which we all know isnt true, or maybe he bought a train ticket that was non refundable? No they are refundable so it cant be that that. Maybe he paid for a hotel room in a decent hotel like the Lowry or the midland that was non refundable? Most rooms in those hotels are free to cancel free of charge with 24 hours notice (unless he was stupid enough to go for a non refundable room, which is his own stupid fault not Haye's).

The only other non refundable rooms i know of are the advance economy saver rooms at the premier in and such and they cost about £30, and they are non refundable because they are ultra cheap so that wouldn't cost £125.

Likely outcome is that mimmy hadnt even planned on going to the fight n was planning on watching the fight for free on the internet but thought he would jump on the Haye cost me money bandwagon, next he will be claiming to have been raped by jimmy saville.

People who buy tickets on the secondary market run the risk of not being refunded when the refund must be sourced from the original point of sale and be paid onto the card that was used to buy the tickets.

Trains and hotels are the other issue.

Haye v Fury is a £10m fight in which both parties walk away with £5m a piece.

Wlad v Fury is a £10m fight in which Wlad walks away with £9.5m and a heavy stake in the future fights of Fury.

(Numbers are for indicative purposes only - I have no idea whether Haye v Fury is worth more or less than £10m)

I lost £60 + in booking fees which you havent mention. I never got that back & maybe that is what Mimmy is talking about.

I booked 4 tickets for the Haye v Charr fight. I also booked 2 hotel rooms travelodge Sports city, Manc. I lost £12.50 booking fee for each ticket. (obviously got the ticket price back, think the tickets were £75 each)

I booked 2 Travelodge rooms at £55 per room, plus I paid £1-50 X 2 cancellation insurance. The insurance did not tell me that the cancellation insurance did not cover cancellations. so I lost £110, plus £3.

So actually total loss for the Haye v Charr fight was £163

I booked tickets for the Haye v Fury fight, I paid £250 as I bought 2 tickets at £125 per ticket plus the booking fee, however Eventim gave back all ticket money plus fees on this occasion.
