I don't box, but may take it up when free from injury
6ft1
170lbs ish
Southpaw
would like to fight Matt Barney, as probably wouldn't get too smashed up
John, I remember seeing your fine KO of Teasdale, why the move to Super-Middle? Any particular opponents lined up 'cause it must be tough the make the weight being 6ft 3 1/2

well when i boxed Teasdale i weighed in the day before the fight but i was eating as much as wanted and what i wanted and came in at 12st 7lb when the fight was made at 12st 10lb he came in at 12 8 and a half i think. But i bet i still weighed the same when i enered the ring the next day. This happened because i was running more and training harder, so after my manager told me that if i wached my food a bit and came in at about 12st 3lb they would class it at supermiddle, so i did and for my last fight i weighed 12st 1lb without a problem. And that was just over 2 hours before i entered the ring and i felt good, my reason for moving down is because i have a more variety of opponents if i can box at two weights. Teasdale is now telling people that i was to strong because i was a light heavy and he was a supermidlle, but i can make supermiddle without a problem so hes got no escuses.

Amateur mate. I m originally from chorley and trained with reece bretherton at chorley amateur boxing club( the most famous boxers from there would be carl crook and michael jennings) but due to circumstances I didnt have any bouts. Im now in uni in leicester I really wanna have some bouts just to say ive had a go. Down the line wen im forty i dont wanna be saying to myself " Gee I really wish Id had a few bouts wen I was younger." I dont see myself going anywhere or anything like that but I take training pretty seriously and I get a real buzz of boxing.
