Frattini vs Charles 1924-12-16 for European title?

In Boxrec the fight between Bruno Frattini and Francis Charles in Paris 1924-12-16 is listed as being for Frattini's European middleweight title. Can this be verified? The French newspapers which I have seen mention only Vinez vs Fritsch as a European title match on this show.

You're correct. Although there were papers that reported it as a title fight, such as La Presse, Frattini's title was not on the line.

Can we also agree that the Nilles vs Frank Moran bout in 1922 couldn't have involved the French heavyweight title?
Besides the text on Nilles's biography page about how he won the title doesn't seem very relevant either, considering that he became champion the first time already in 1919 and then rewon the title from Hams in 1920.
