According to the betting, Treve is a certainty for the Prince of Wales stakes at Royal Ascot tomorrow. This is the sort of horse you'd put a grand on. I was seriously considering it. A niggling doubt is this horse was a beaten favourite in it's last race. Although that narrow lose was to Cirrus Des Aigles at Longchamp.
Another slight doubt is the ground is going to be quick and a horse called Mukhadram looked good in the Dubai cup when finishing second. Although well beaten by the winner, African Story, in the home straight.

Spain to win to nil is my bet @ 2/1. They won't do a "Holland" this time im sure. This world cup is proving very profitable as yet.

Can't be good at everything mate. You are usually good with the Boxing so good idea to use that!

I fancy England to beat Uruguay tomorrow. Being a Scotsman I thought England did well on Saturday given the youth in their team.

Lucky I never put a grand on Treve. Silly thing went and lost. I knew the ground would be too quick for her.
Feel relieved I only lost 16 quid on her.

I wish I'd put more on Chile to win the damn thing now. They've been cut from 41/1 when I put money on them to...they've now been cut to 24/1 with bet365

Don't know about Chile going all the way but I think they are going to beat Brazil should that match happen. Hopefully will get some good odds on it. Just way too organised, strong, fit and focussed for the slightly inconsistent and occasionally shaky Brazil outfit. I have no problems seeing Chile stifle Neymar too.

Around 4 or 5 years ago I opened online accounts with most of the major online bookies and got the free bet for being a new customer. Recently I changed bank accounts and about a year ago I moved house so if I used a different email address would I be able to claim the free bets if I opened new accounts? A bit cheeky I know.

Couldn't resist a bit of Chile vs Brazil today at 5/1. Really looking forward to this one. Ready for Chile to take it to them!
