Brian Rose did EXTREMELY well to ever get a World title fight. He simply isn't world level. He's an efficient box by numbers boxer, hands up, jab, hands up again. He has no power, no movement, no imagination, no real quality.

For him to get where he has is a remarkable achievement. He needs to be dropped in class and find his level again.

lol :DDD

look where does Brian go from here? He is ranked in the top 3 in the EBU,Rabchenko has VISA problems and I don't know what Jonak the polish fighter is doing he turned down a fight with Kirkland last I heard of him.Fiordigiglio is the EU champ but think he will get moved on now he has the WBC Intl.Possibly Joe Selkirk for the WBO European.

I would put him in with Della Rossa or Varon if he decides to jack it in both fighter coming off a loss and then go for the winner of Isaac Real/Cedric Vitu for the title.

Yep,one of Brian's strengths is the basic fundamentals but that was sloppy from him

Rose showed some bravery to stay in there, but little else. I've seen much more praiseworthy performances.

I'm not insulting Rose, he's done well in his career to get far enough to get a World Title opportunity, but I think it's a very safe bet that a World Title belt is not in his future.

Rose is not world level but with the help of eddie Hearn got himself in an opportunity where he had the chance to fight for a world title and he took it. He came up short but he gave it a go so nothing but respect for the man. He sure as hell still as a career as a boxer

Weird thread. You might as well just create a thread for any fighter who gets in the ring.

He got the shit beaten out of him for 7 rounds, that isn't in any way worth congratulating.

I think he is just saying that most boxers have a certain level of heart and Brian, whilst brave, didn't particularly exceed that. It wasn't a level at Brian I'm sure.

Andrade was wrong for Rose from the start, one thing Rose has is a good jab which he couldnt get off against a southpaw with a longer reach, i wouldnt mind seeing him in for the IBF belt against molina that would be a much more winnable fight.

Andrade just couldn't miss. The comment from Rose's corner at about 0:18 of the highlights made me smile and about summed it up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCSHhmZkvlc.

Absolutely. Ugly style but quite effective; thought he was unfortunate to only get a draw with Lara and the Kirkland outcome was BS.

Rose is solid but his level is not world class and I'd think he'd lose to Molina too.

Adam is Rose through and through so can be excused. He perhaps even thought "The Lion" had a chance. PTSD, I suspect for this outburst. I'm not worried, though, he bounced back from the Max Maxwell knockout so I'm sure he will bounce back from this (Adam, not "The Lion").
