Just had a look at the upcoming UK fight schedule for 2006 and for almost every headline fight (and support bout) you could put an argument forward for either fighter winning.
Harrison Vs Guzman and Calzaghe Vs Lacy are the big ones but I only see positives for the domestic scene coming up.
Yes, since the Sky TV bubble has burst, and the amount of money on offer to promoters has declined, there's more impetus to create genuine schamps, rather than WBogus. I think we're going to see a lot more of this as the wheat gets seperated from the chaff.
I'd love Urkal to take the title , being of Turkish decent myslef , it would be great if he were to become the first Turkish professional world champion.
Collazo can be beaten by cuteness , i hope Otkay remembers that.

The good thing is that there is also quality in the support bouts. The trouble is with Sky showing them as recordings at around 11 o'clock, half the time I fall asleep after watching the main event. :(

Tom Podmore.
yasasin Türkiye! Oktay is a nice guy with a big heart. I hope he will win to get what he has deserved.
Take my hat off to Brewester if he does go to Germany again to fight Laun.
Come on Urkal, I'm not sure you have it in you - but I really like to see a world title strap around his waist. It hard to believe he was the victim of a poor decision vs Harris.
