I dont know if ive seen Commey before but his record's good and he carries power but he's stepping right up against Buckland who even at LW will be a handful

Proper fight even though Buckland got beat he gave a great account of himself and shown what a true warrior he is.

Landed a few right hands on Commey which could be a concern for him later on but. Commey seems to have a decent chin.

First time I've watched Commey not a murderous puncher like his record suggests but he is pretty fast and rangy varies his shots as well. 12 rounds against a solid fighter will do him really good.

I am the MC for Goodwin events and was ring side for this one. Buckland is a tough kid for sure took some good shots and kept moving forward. I think he definitely controlled the ring but Comey is a cardio machine! He is fast and crisp... But as the previous post suggests, not a murderous puncher. At the end of the day, he has one of the highest work rates I have seen and I think this will take him a long way! Was a great fight though and looking forward to seeing Bucklands next outing!

It was a good fight but Buckland isn't really a lightweight IMO. He pressured Commey early but then couldn't close the gap after a few rounds or really put a dent in him despite landing numerous body shots and overhand counter rights. Commey's whipping right hook to the body was impressive and he ran out a clear winner, though he probably isn't the big puncher we were expecting. It was a good night, full of good undercard fights as well. The place emptied a bit before the main event, which shows just how many tickets were sold for all the other fights on a stacked and enjoyable bill.

Miles Shinkwin W Joel McIntryre 97-95 I think it was, McIntyre coming on strong at the end, Shinkwin countering effectively from the ropes. Good fight;
Freddie Turner W TD 7 Kris Agyei-Dua. Turner started fast and had Kris in trouble, but he came back well. The end was abrupt and many thought Agyei-Dua had won on a cut stoppage, but it came from a classh of heads supposedly.
Larry Ekundayo WPTS 6 Hyuseinov. Nice to see Larry back after his tough spell out of the ring. Looked slick and did as he pleased.
Andreas Evangelou won, Conquest v Dilks did not take place, 'Mustard' Mike Peart won a decision on debut, Ben Hall stopped his opponent. I think Chris Evangelou won but I didn't see all the fights as if you're in the bar, you can't take your drink outside and the view is blocked.

The place was jam packed early on and roasting hot as usual. A really well run show and great value for money. I think it was streamed on the internet too.

Commey was good, and will make some noise in that division no doubt, but I thought he was a little too easy to hit at times, despite his obvious physical advantages of height, reach etc. Buckland never stopped trying though, and is a credit to the sport.

Buckland's the new John Simpson,he's a great,honest fighter who will fight anyone and always give value for money so will continue to get oppurtunities and i wouldn't rule him out flirting between divisions and picking another British title or getting the Commonwealth
