Could we have a whip around and buy Degale a dictionary? He has the vocabulary of a cat.

Cleverley downs the soft bodied Valori with a body shot in the second but gets up and has a go back makes it until the end of the round
Re: Official Liverpool card Round by round thread
Clev looking too easy to hit against someone of Valori's caliber.

to be fair. Contrary to what Sky TV tell us, a non puncher NEVER miraculously gains a punch when they go up a weight division.Final round wrote:Looks like Cleverly has still not got a punch even with the extra weight

The third round was, according to Halling 'The most one sided round you can possibly imagine' I shit you not. You'd think Valori had not landed a shot but he landed plenty.
Re: Official Liverpool card Round by round thread
Valori down and stopped by a body shot in the 4th.

Hearn is just setting up Cleverly to get beaten by Bellew, judging by the quality of their respective opponents over the last few months.

There have been several other rounds tonight that were more one-sided.

So the big one is the next. Anyone else thinks this is not going beyond 2 rounds?

'Father'-'son' matchups. This is the future.
Re: Official Liverpool card Round by round thread
Why did the ref let that carry on after 1st knockdown disgraceful
Re: Official Liverpool card Round by round thread
Joshua still looks a bit stiff and slow to me, but I like how he (and C Smith) stays active in clinches. So many guys just stop working when there are opportunities there.
Re: Official Liverpool card Round by round thread
Is that Frazer Clarke on security? Seen him a number of times at fights and often wondered.
Re: Official Liverpool card Round by round thread
Carl Froch and Paul Smith on a two for one deal at Topman.
