allegedly - my last roll of the dice

allegedly working fine on Sky for the past twelve months until about a fortnight ago. Now I keep getting "Sky HD box isnt getting a satelite signal". I might pick up a picture momentarily but it's pixelied and then it goes. Been onto allegedly and Sky, might as well not have bothered. Before I cancel (and it will be a crying shame), has anyone else encountered this and managed to rectify ? Every other channel on sky working fine.

i find if you write sky a really arsey email they will both a) sort the problem and b) give you lots of money off
