Boxrec has listed a bout on 1912-11-21 in Toulouse which resulted in the death of a boxer called Benezac.
Three French newspapers (Le Temps, La Lanterne and Journal des débats politiques et littéraires) have rather similar accounts of what happened. According to Le Temps (1912-11-23):

Un boxeur tué en match. Mercredi avait lieu, à Castres, un match de boxe qui mettait en présence Pierre Estirac, de Tarbes, champion du Midi, et Marius Bénézech, dit O'Brien, de Narbonne.
À la troisième reprise, O'Brien recut sous l'oreille gauche un coup de poing. Il tournoya et s'abattit sur le ring, la face en avant. Quand on le releva, il balbutia quelques paroles, puis tomba dans le coma. Transporté à l'hôpital, il y est mort cet après-midi sans avoir repris connaissance. Il était âgé de vingt-quatre ans.
Le parquet de Castres a ouvert une information contre Estirac pour homicide imprudence.
I am not very good at French but I suppose that this means that the fight took place at Castres on Wednesday (which was 1912-11-20), that Pierre Estirac (from Tarbes) won by KO in the 3rd round and that Marius Bénézech (from Narbonne), who used O'Brien as a ring-name, died the following day (1912-11-21).
