Kalakoda v. Kugler

Was Virgil Kalakoda's fight with Tomas Kugler last December a points win or a TKO win after the 10th? I've seen it reported as both, but the TKO win makes more sense since it was a title fight ( I suppose the WBN schedules ALL of their titlefights for 12 rounds ).

By the way.... the fight has been broadcasted at least 5 times over here

Jan 10, 2003 Pro boxing Update on page 8 sez it was a TKO 11.
