Matchroom Pass
Re: Matchroom Pass
Well looks like it's doing ok, I just signed up and was member number 3563 so that's a decent amount of sign ups in 24 hours.

When I looked Day 1 it was about 3 shows from this year so far.
Quigg, Callum Smith etc.
I'm sure more content will be added week by week.
Re: Matchroom Pass
So they have basically rolled it out before it's finished? Notice how they were giving advance sales to the Quigg card but won't announce who he's fighting, very sneaky thatG0mez wrote:Naandrew wrote:What's the fight archive like ?broomy7s wrote:Well looks like it's doing ok, I just signed up and was member number 3563 so that's a decent amount of sign ups in 24 hours.

When is the first show. Thirty quid isn't much and I might invest in this. Anyone know if there's any way of recording these shows ?broomy7s wrote:Well looks like it's doing ok, I just signed up and was member number 3563 so that's a decent amount of sign ups in 24 hours.

Re: Matchroom Pass
I honestly couldn't give a toss who Quigg fights next once the Frampton fight is after, especially if Frampton beats Kiko, which would make it a unification fight.
Re: Matchroom Pass
Would probably buy it if the shows were available on sky anytime (not neccasirly with sky sports production). Internet only....I'll give it a miss.
Re: Matchroom Pass
Really poor at the minute. Only the Cardiff show from feb, liverpool from march and manchester from april.Naandrew wrote:What's the fight archive like ?broomy7s wrote:Well looks like it's doing ok, I just signed up and was member number 3563 so that's a decent amount of sign ups in 24 hours.

To answer my own question, the first show is Sept 12, the Coldwell "In The Line Of Fire2 show at Sheffield.JimJim2009 wrote:When is the first show. Thirty quid isn't much and I might invest in this. We've been getting all of Coldwell's shows for free on a good quality app anyway! Does this end now?

I would say so. Shrewd move from Eddie, these promoters were doing it anyway, presumably standing the cost themselves, whereas now they can get paid for it.mickey1975 wrote:We've been getting all of Coldwell's shows for free on a good quality app anyway! Does this end now?
To me, this is being done to eat into the subscriber base of Fwank.
