like its a big deal beating up a chubby guy, who loses every single time he faces a quality name...adamaek, vitaly, 2times stiverene. areolo - overrated.

6'2 is just all wrong against a 6'7 ko artist in wilder, except you are prime holyfield, but stiverne in no way close to prime holyfield hahaha

I am picking Stiverne, Wilder is not even on this level, he is not even in the top 5 usa heavyweights. Jennings, Cunningham, Arreola, Thompson are way above him. He has not even faced a top 10 usa boxer and the heavyweight is weak tho it is picking itself up. I do like Wilder but I think golden boy are milking him. I do like Wilder he is a nice guy and he is funny but how the hell did he get this title shot? malik scott lost to chisora and then gets a wbc title eliminator and when wilder knocked him out the right hand did not land but he might of got knocked out by the left hook. Another thing is Wilder has not gone past the 4th round, you do not know if he has got heart or stamina to last.

Stiverne is taking this chump to school, he's too slick and his puncher power is underrated, Wilder has been feasting on bums, hasbeens and neverwas fighters.

If Wilder loses, we're going to have to wait for Joe Parker or Anthony Joshua. Tyson Fury has become a nonfighting drama queen and there really is no else I can think of.

How I see it, this will be a replay of the rematch between Arreola and Stiverne. Wilder will be throwing bombs, and Stiverne will weather the storm, blocking most of the punches, and when the time is ready he will throw that lightning fast right hand and knock out Wilder... seven or eight rounds max.

I'm picking the fighter that has never been KO'd by a tomato can, or that has a Majority draw against a guy that was 17-17-1.

So your saying that neither fighter has beaten anyone? Really ....so Vlad can setup another fight against another bum in a shot Briggs rather then fight the winner of Wilder - Stiverne?
I can wait to see Wilder crush Vlad and knock him out

Wilder is going to knock him out. And we'll still hear the whining and moaning about who he hasn't fought. No matter. That noise doesn't mean or change anything.

It would be better for boxing if Wilder won, but picking on resumes it's impossible not to pick Stiverne.

I think you have one thing right - 7 or 8 rounds max.

Wilder is very different in a lot of ways than Arreola, as you will see. If I am wrong I will be the first to admit it. Stiverne laying on the ropes trying to block will be his demise. I don't think he will get close enough to land.

By the way, before we all get too carried away? This fight is not negotiated or signed yet, correct?

Im not backing up Wilder's resume but i do still think he KO's Stiverne despite it,Deontay has crazy power and i know he's not knocked anyone out of note,Liakhovich was a good scalp though especially the way Wilder ended it.watching Sergei spasm on the canvas still freaks me out and thats what makes me tip towards a Wilder KO win,the way these men are going after being hit with Wilder's clubbing shots, wait until he needs to start loading up on them then he can really hurt people, world ranked people

Obviously his chins up for debate until he gets tagged as is his stamina but looking around at the rest of the HW scene, there's maybe 5 other fighters who might have a chance in asking some questions of Wilder

I'd give Wlad,Haye and maybe even Fury and Povetkin more chance than beating Wilder than Stiverne

You seem to be the delusional person who believes the exact opposite of reality. Wilder does nothing, you think he's a God. Stiverne does something, you seem to think he's going to get knocked out. You're playing the role of Opposite Man. Once Wilder actually accomplishes something, you'll probably be on here claiming he's done nothing, because you're Opposite Man.

I certainly can't vouch for Wilders resume, he hasn't beat anyone of note, but I can't believe anyone thinks beating Arreola is something legit lol. Arreola is a tubby joke that loses to anyone that is even decent lets get real

Wilder, of course, has an excellent knockout punch, but he also has pencil legs and is a knockout waiting to happen. They've been very careful to shelter him from big punchers. As for this one, I don't know who will win, but my guess would be Wilder because I don't think Stiverne is that good.

No, he's saying he's picking Stiverne as he's actually beaten someone.

And unless Wilder and Wlad are in the next EA Sports boxing game, you won't be seeing him crush Wlad and knock him out.

Are they ever going to fight? Difficult for me to get excited about a fight that may never happen. Even if its signed, that means little nowadays.

I said basically the same thing earlier. Everyone seems to think it is a lock, but it isn't. Stiverne has said Wilder is no threat, so he will probably go a different direction.

This is great!! Knowing you're picking Wilder should let everyone here know that if they're siding with you that they've already lost.

I'm glad I looked back and saw that you picked Deontay, just knowing you are picking him assures that I'm on the right team.

Funniest thing about the "INJURY" Stiverne was partying in Mexico when the injury was
supposed to happen. And still to this day he has no mention of it in facebook or twitter.

I'm picking the fighter that has never been KO'd by a tomato can, or that has a Majority draw against a guy that was 17-17-1.
Demetrice King is no tomato can. He has KO wins over Stiverne and Bowie Tupou. He got stopped once by Briggs in legit fashion and the other time didin't answer the bell in the 10th against Oquendo. The guy is a warrior who has fought a ton of top tier HW rounds vs top echelon guys.

If you look up King he was thrown to the wolves early by some piss poor management. Stacy Goodson could have made this guy 30-0 and rated Top 15 in a heart beat. JD Chapman and David Rodriguez were both guys that King would have beat the F up in any match at any time. They were undefeated for quite a ways....hell the coward Chapman even retired with a 150 grand offer to fight Haye and another for Valuev I think. King fights these same dudes for 10 grand. He had to fight with Tua's cousin to get his last 10 grand pay check and hasn't fought since. A damn shame because he is better than the majority of HW's out there today. And many lesser men have made a ton more money than he ever did.

I'll tell you this much too....Demetrice King would have at least a 50/50 shot against Wilder if he had a camp to get into top shape right now. He wouldn't lay down to Wilder and I'd put my money on King to KO his arse in the mid to late rounds. The betting public would probably be on Wilder's nuts but they are like you. They have no actual clue about who boxers are or what they can really do. Anybody calling King a tomato can is totally clueless about HW boxing.
