Do they not have fights outside anymore in Vegas, like in the 80's when they fought outside at Ceasars and MGM?

I have been to a outdoor fight at Caesars,it wasn't on the car park though.I think Holmes v Cooney was on the car park because of the huge crowd,Bowe v Holyfield was outdoors when the Fan Man dropped in,i think the MGM Grand has taken over from Caesars as the main fight venue in Vegas and i don't think they hold fights outdoors, maybe because of the extreme heat, just ask Barry McGuigan.

Good stuff. That Sounds pretty bad. From experience I can handle the the Odd shirt tearing and leg biting. Even glassing and stealing of boots can be tolerated to some extent. However and there are no exception here, I draw the line firmly at being called a RASCLART. I can not and will not ever accept it.

He fought and won the WBA Inter-Continental belt outdoors in Morocco in 2011. I think Martin Power had turned it down. Lee was just too good for the guy but the atmosphere was odd, there we're people passing back and forth with their shopping as there seemed to be a market right next to where the ring had been made up!
