I am amazed at the lack of comment about the terrific fight between Monty Meza Clay and Alan Herrera in which Clay won by stoppage in the tenth round on a Fox Sports 1 telecast this weekend. Yes, I know the bout was a relatively low-profiled one, but.......

That card was great both were thrilling if it was the same type of fight with different fighters people would be taking FOTY candidate,but because to mid level guys it will be forgotten

I was in attendance and loved it. Reminded me of fights I seen back in the 50's and 60's.
Clay & Vasquez made the city proud as hell!
