on boxrec recently....
Luiz Ortiz who has plodded along safely takes on the cruiser Lateef Kayode who fought briefly at heavy when he first started out. both unbeaten. seems a decent fight on paper. a lot of questions may be answered.
big return in south america, the wildly exciting brawler Mattias Vidondo gets a chance to set the record straight against veteran Fabio Moli. their first fight was a war with Vidondo winning on a controversial disq. these guys will throw everything for the first 2 or 3 and then gas ...usually with hilarious and compelling results.
tarver v jonathan Banks. strange fight. but im glad Banks is back. he is still A us TOP 5
andy ruiz jnr is tba...hopefully he can get a decent opp.
in britain gary Cornish v sam sexton is an excellent matchup.
weirdest fight though is the proposed Mark di mori v marino Goles in germany. Di mori is truly awful but i think is clinging on to an alphabet ranking despite doing even less than wilder. Goles is a stocky 5ft11 cruiser.

"Some good ones"...which ones? You probably just dig HW's or something.
Re: Hw fights announced...some good ones
Yeah nothing that will impact the division that much
I'd prefer to see Ruiz Jr in a real test... he is the best body puncher right now and has very good hands. De Mori is not THAT badm he is actually a decent body puncher too... just doesn't have the big name fights and seems to be all over the place promotion wise.
Ortiz needs to fights omeone relevant, Kayode ain't that.
Tarver vs Banks is a little intriguing but nothing great. I think if Tarver commits, he has a style that could have decent success... Fighting Banks won't tell us much though.
Cornish vs Sexton is nothing impressive but for the local scene, an interesting fight for Cornish to see where he is at.
I think Moli is actually a good grinder and carries grinding pop for the full lenght of his fight... his experience is not a factor to underestimate. He always is implicated in controversy.
