Froch asks fans to pick next opponent

Post by ikorolev »

On his Facebook page, fans can vote for Golovkin, DeGraw or Chavez. Chavez is winning. Will Carl get that fight ?

Like the idea & It'd be cool if more popular guys did sh!t like this, the problem is Julio is the guy in the drivers seat on making that fight happen if he wins the poll not Carl.

Also, Floyd didn't honor his fans' decision, so Carl could disagree with it too.

If Haymon or Mayweather shot someone & fvcked their corpse, you'd be hanging around to explain why it was some other dude's fault.

Well done. Keep this up you might even get a job as a shill somewhere.

Well done I say, hopefully Golovkin or Chavez wins this, it might get someone other than DeGale calling out Carl.

There should be no poll, Froch should be desperately hunting down Ward.

I voted for Golovkin and Chavez. Both are good fights in each their own way.

I don't understand calls for a Ward fight, the first fight wasn't close and would a rematch be any different or even exciting to watch? The three options on the poll are the most interesting imo

Froch doesn't want another loss in a boring fight. He obviously wants the Chavez fight in Vegas, but Chavez/Arum may do the same thing to him as they did to GGG.

I'd like to see Golovkin most- that would be a 'put the kids to bed early' type affair.
If it's going to be his last fight, maybe Chavez is the best decision for Froch since he'd be a heavy favorite, but it would still be a good fight and would generate a lot of money. However, I don't think Chavez would be smart to take the fight. His chin would be too strong for his own good against Froch.

If Ward is not an option, then Chavez is the best fight. Will produce some very nice action.

Only reason I want to see a Ward rematch is because Froch has done a lot since their first fight and is clearly the #2 guy in the division now. He's earned it, but of course if he doesn't want it then there's not much else to say.

I think Froch pretty much knows he's not getting a rematch with Ward in England. That's probably why Ward is not an option.

I'd prefer to see either GGG or Chavez Jr.

or kessler III. it might be to hard on those two lads with toe to toe battering feast. i fear for chavez if he meets froch. i even more fear for froch vs. ggg. froch would be hit so hard in the face so many times with out givin in he might end up hurt bad. but again, if any can break down ggg it might be the caveman grunt froch.

Why would he want to do that? He was outclassed last time, why would the result be any different this time? It's not as if Froch has something to prove regarding his loss to AW. We all know who's better.
Pointless fight.

Because I'm always defending the things Floyd does ... wait a minute, I don't.

You're just too stupid to realize that fighters don't risk multi-million dollar paydays on fights they have already negotiated to satisfy an online poll. Froch has been chasing a PPV fight with Julio in Vegas. It's just a ploy to get you guys more interested in the Chavez Jr fight. After you vote, then you feel like Carl really listened to you, and you will probably be inclined to buy the event.

Just vote for Golovkin or Chavez, DeGale is not that nice of a choice.
