I'm thinking David Tua. For as limited as he was, his chin and punching power combined can't be questioned and he did manage to beat some decent fighters in Ruiz, Maskaev, and Rahman. Foster was usually in good shape and could crack too. But most of the guys he beat were past their best or never very good.

Tua fought better comp, so after a couple of scary early rounds, Tua knocks out Foster in six or seven.

Some of us think he beat Ike as well. But he never faced Corrie.....did he?
