used it to assist a trapped nerve. amazing product. amazon Kinesio tape tho. cheaper

Felt like it worked for me at first with a pulled calf muscle. Doesn't stick very well, though.

Tape I brought removed skin. Stayed on for a good week. Maybe that's an inferior brand.

Athletes def use it use did u watch Commonwealth.games ? Wife uses it for her bad knees with.bursitis seems.to.help.
