There can be few collections to rival it, I'd have thought. Was that little Irish fella in there who used to be very successful. Please don't ask me his name. I read about him in a feature in the BM a couple of years back, and I thought I spotted him somewhere. Possibly a fly or a bantam I think..
on what picture?? the PBA one, that might be Vince Feeney, 'The Sligo Kid'

Great photos. What wonderful memories you must have.

Who's the bloke with you under the title 'getting a hug from ?'

I feel sure I recognize the face.

I think a few folk on here should keep these pics in mind when they feel like taking cheap shots at Eric.
He has had an has more access to fighters than most r
'Respected' journo's could ever dream of.

You're a good fellow Mark and a good poster but i have to say that though I agree that ERIC may be a fantastic person in real life any flak he gets on here stem from how he puts himself across. Similar in some respects to Paul Smith, who is supposed to be a really good bloke, just not on forums or twitter.

If ERIC shared a bit more or joined in the discussions rather than just stating point blank that people are wrong we may see a little of the personality so many boxing insiders enjoy and respect.

think it was lefty that did for Smith. That's what he said. Shame we lost a boxer from the forum.

Very nice pictures eric, nice couple of you and Ali, I had the pleasure to meet him once behind Wembley stadium after Bruno v Witherspoon, unfortunately his 2 minders were less than accommodating. Long time no see...how are you?.... last time we spoke you were threatening me over the phone for calling you a chubster on this forum....

Hopefully your fuse is a bit longer in this day and age. catch up soon for a beer mate I hope. I bet spud has a decent pic collection now, mine is not too bad.

If Eric deserves some stick give it to him, he def don't need me to fight his battles. I have felt on a number of occasions though people poke fun at him as if he don't know what he is talking about which I find ridiculous. If he is stating out point blank facts it's because they probably are facts.
I actually felt Paul Smith came across well on here, always spoke well and intelligently and was a real loss to the forum, essentially being driven out by a few idiots.

ERIC does know what he is talking about but he isn't Moses, if he wants to tell people they are wrong then he could enlighten them as to what really happened. I understand he's between a rock and a hard place sometimes but I thought the point of going on a forum as to interact and not just say ' I know better' he has some great pics but that doesn't mean he is the oracle.

Smith was alright but anyone who disagreed with him he was pretty rude and aggressive with.

I felt Smith only got like that towards the end after receiving a lot of unfair stick from a few idiots.
Obv when you are a genuine insider there are points where you cannot divulge all sources, and remember Eric is not some fanboy with a load of good pics, he has a wealth of knowledge and genuine experience which should be respected.

I am a very easy guy to get on with, if anyone wants to know what I seem like, I believe Kugan and Jayne Couch have filmed me,
The reason I corect people, is really because they dont know what they are talking about, or conpletely wrong on their information, its that a bad traight???, it everything guys said on here was correct, then I would not be seen or heard.
as to enlighten people, if they check the facts 1st, then they wont need that,

Though respect has to be earned Coco; he can't come here being high and mighty and say he's well respected by boxing insiders; we are boxing outsiders - if someone's at least friendly it goes a long way.

Palooka, the reason I put my name on here. is because I dont hide, and yes, people do actually know me, and for people who dont know me or what I do, then they form an opinion, which is 90% wrong, I am the biggest piss taker, and probably tell the worst jokes in Boxing, no one has seen me lose my rag, infact I would probably just laff, Frank use to say, mt skins was tougher than a rhino, as nothing ever bothered me,
but if you need me to make a video just for your viewing pleasure, I can do that, as it seems everyone wants reassuranceE THAT I AM NOT A MISREABLE OLD GIT!!!!
