I suppose this is not 'PPV worthy' Eddie ? Absolute shite again. All we need now is for Cleverley to get another complete no hoper in what we'll call a 'keep busy' fight and we're sorted
Re: Quigg needs a new opponent - again!
That was a great fight. I really like Jamoye but he is a second tier bantamweight at best. When he came on the scene first I thought he could go far but he is as good now as he was when he was 19/20, he never really progressed. Quigg should stop him in the mid rounds.handsofstone wrote:Jamoye vs Haskins is probably in my top 10 of all time,an absolute reminder why i love boxing

pretty poor replacement but no surprise the original opponenet wasn't much better.
how anyone can call this a 'world title fight' and look themselves in the mirror is beyond me but I suppose theres been worse.

How watered down does it get ?
Are you the world super bantamweight champion ?
Well, sort of - there's four major governing bodies, and they all have different champs.
Right. So you hold one of those titles ?
Well, sort of - I'm the WBA champ, but the WBA have a proper champion called Rigondeux who's the best on the planet. I'm basically the other WBA champion.
Is that normal ?
Not really.
Are you as good as Rigondeux ?
Well, not really no.
So who are you fighting next ?
A late sub from Belgium who's lost five times.
Belgium - Jesus. Who did you beat last ?
A late sub from Africa. Fell over the first time I hit him hard.
No wonder you've got the division running scared.
