AS WE ALL KNOW GROVES FIGHTS IN A FINAL ELMINATOR TO BE MADE DIRRELLS MANDATORY ON SEPTEMBER 20TH, SHOULD HE COME THROUGH AGAINST REBRASSE (DON'T THINK THERE IS TOO MUCH DANGER OF HIM FAILING) DO YOU THINK HE HAS THE BEATING OF DIRRELL? WHERE DO YOU THINK THE FIGHT WILL TAKE PLACE.

I like the idea of this fight a lot and think it will be a real 50/50 affair. Right now I think I got Dirrell by close decision, but if Groves looks impressive against Rebrasse it could change my mind.

BTW, it's kind of crazy how thin the SMW division is these days. Rebrasse hasn't beaten anyone good and BoxRec has him at #20. Hell, Peter Manfredo is still ranked #25 after all these years.

I personally think Groves will have too much for Dirrell in terms of speed of hand/foot and punch power. Unfortunately with Groves there will always be the stamina question marks hanging over his head.

I agree with the thinness of the division after the top guys (Froch/Groves/Degale/Dirrell x2/Abraham/Stieglitz and obviously Ward but who knows when he will next be in the ring) there is not a lot of genuine contenders. It will not be long before young Callum Smith gets himself involved in this mix of mainly older super middles.
