Best of Homes Under The Hammer- boxer

Today well actually now on BBC1 there is the above program with an ex old pro who is buying a run down place to make a gym. Can someone watch this on BBC Iplayer or tune in now to see who this ex pro is its on until 2-30pm

Took my lad to Hope and walked up a mountain to Aston; I am bushed. Sheffield and the Peak district is hard core.

Palooka watch todays episode then. Cant be that hard. Already had one reply with the guys first name which is Ken. Lives in Devon now but is a cockney. I rhink he said fought in the 50's

After scouring through all the 'Kens' on Boxrec I can only find 1 'Ken' that has lost 6 times and fought in the 50's so im going to say this could well be the 'Ken' on that programme

He could well be one of those guys who claims to be a 'professional' boxer but has never actually boxed professionally. I'm not saying that he is one of them but there are plenty of them about :TU:

On the tv program it showed him in a boxing pose, not saying that makes him a pro but he looked genuine enough. The gym he was building is in Devon so that could narrow it down a bit

I'd be surprised if that guy was the man, he looked about 6 foot tall nowadays, couldn't see him being a featherweight
