No. All titles are pretty bs these days, but the non-big 4 abc groups are even more of a joke than the big 4 abc groups plus woman's boxing is bs cuz they don't have any depth. A middle of the road trainer could probably pick a non-boxer off the street & train the girl for 2 years & fight for some sort of womens title.

The big 4 are still a cut above WIBA/WIBF imo. The champions they have and the impact, certainly of the WBC tends to show that.

The oldest "champion" that I know of, was possibly Dexter Dunworth, who won the Arkansas State Cruiserweight title at the age of 54.
