Preferably in the Coatbridge area. The best one which also takes people with little experience.

The Barn boxing club in Coatbridge is a good gym, Ricky Burns originally trained here. Rab Bannon was the trainer a dead ringer for Mickey out of Rocky hopefully he still is.

turn up at the barn , spend 2 mins shadow boxing and by the time you stop Rab will have entered you into the next championships

alot of boys get thrown in at the deep end at that gym , for the amount off amateurs they had the only real successful pro is Ricky Burns.
