Toney has great skills, is very slick and hard to hit, thats what makes him hard to beat...but let's face it : so far he hasnt really shined in the HW division , beating Booker, 40 y old Holyfield, or Guinn isnt much, as for Ruiz who hasnt got a hard punch not tall and poor offensive skills Toney did not dominate as much as everyone thought he would and took some punches in the face...
Wlad has prolly the best offense in the division, very tall and wont be feared by Toney...my point is , if Ruiz could land on TOney, then Wlad will and Wlad can hurt Toney really bad.
