Carl Frampton *spoiler*
Carl Frampton *spoiler*
Does anyone else agree he's just a joy to watch? Ticks every box. Nothing is more satisfying to watch than accuracy in boxing IMO. And now the deserved IBF champ!
Re: Carl Frampton *spoiler*
Big fan of his style and seems a top guy to boot.

Looking forward to getting over there to watch him soon. Know someone who's just got a signed glove from him as a fundraising prize, that's going to cost me!!! Worth every penny mind!

Re: Carl Frampton *spoiler*
He knows his worth too Get it right up ya Eddie, do you fancy Quigg or not?
Re: Carl Frampton *spoiler*
The Frampton / Quigg scenario is Dunne / Munroe all over again. This fight aint going to happen.
Re: Carl Frampton *spoiler*
There's much to like about him.
He's one of the most well-rounded boxers today, is fairly entertaining, and seems like a decent person.

Yeah, waste of time they talking about it as if it's a realitybrian13 wrote:The Frampton / Quigg scenario is Dunne / Munroe all over again. This fight aint going to happen.
Re: Carl Frampton *spoiler*
It's more likely to happen but I don't see it anytime soon. There's less blocks to it happening, most of them are simply politics, whereas the minute Munroe decided he wasn't going to Dublin there was no chance because Dunne couldn't fight over here.brian13 wrote:The Frampton / Quigg scenario is Dunne / Munroe all over again. He has got a purdy style. Good to watch.
Don't really wanna see him & Quigg fight bantamweights for another year though, it's always been a deep division, I do hope Bazza at least lets Frampton off the leash a bit.
Despite not thinking he could beat Rigo, there's some really good fighters he could beat.
Please Uncle Bazza you wonderful boxing gnome you, please let him fight some of them.

BBBoC would have licenced Dunne due to a cyst on the brain. Dunne's book is a great read, he goes into all of this in some detail.lefty wrote:Why was that?expe wrote:It's more likely to happen but I don't see it anytime soon. Fully agree that Frampton ticks all the boxes and he is rapidly becoming one of my favourite fighters.
There are some decent fights out there for him but I can see him destroying Quigg if it happens!!

I was gonna write all that but you beat me to it.
I'll just add that Frampton seems a genuinely really nice guy as well. He deserves all the success he gets, he's a great role model for youngsters.
