That was ridiculous. I think the result should be overturned to a NC b/c of the gross lack of sportsmanship. He jumped right on top of his fallen opponent as the ref was trying to get him away- just crazy and unnecessary behavior.
Great KO, but regardless
I think it's pretty bad. Arreola did some pushups in front of Seth Mitchell after the fight was waved off (he also slipped and fell en route to assuming the push up position). It wasn't the classy thing to do, but at least it didn't interfere with the officials doing their job. To taunt an opponent after knocking them out is unsportsmanlike, but to jump on top of them while the ref is trying to end the fight and get medical staff into the ring is a really over-the-top, stupid thing to do and I don't think Ambobo should be allowed to get away with it.
I suppose he was really excited in the moment, but he needs to be taught to contain his impulses and act at least somewhat professionally.

Promoter coldwell gave him a bucket of shit right after it happened

No dude, Arreola stopped a guy standing up and just as the ref stepped in he kissed him
A more knowledgeable boxrecor than me will know the fight

The result shouldn't be overturned but shameful behaviour nonetheless
Also reminds me of the time Calzaghe mimed banging Hopkins... I thought he'd lose a point for that. Very similar to the antics in Broner-Maidana. I can't find a video so you'll have to look it up, but there was a gif going around for a while

He should be fined at least his entire purse from this fight. Taunting is unsportsman like, but you CAN NOT touch an opponent once he's down and out. If any sort of neck injury may have occurred, any jostling could have extremely negative effects.
This guy will hopefully get shot in the streets at some point. No place on this earth for such scum. I'm sure he's a real sweetheart outside the ring too.
Devastating this. I know both lads really well and to see them going toe to toe was hard enough aside from the outcome.
Jerome is in a serious condition. He's in an induced coma and they've removed some bone to relieve the pressure.
Praying for a positive outcome. It's been a long night for everyone.
