No, you said Haye was a bigger money draw. If you meant PPV you should have said so. Wlad is the 3rd highest paid boxer in the world. You'll be going to sleep soon I'm sure...

I never said Haye made more money than Wlad. If you're that confused, feel free to ask. Haye is a bigger money draw for opposition. Hence why Wlad's biggest payday was fighting Haye. Anyway, no point in going in your revolving circle after you talk out of your ass.

Haye was a PPV fighter, Wlad is not. The fact that Wlad was reduced to a 50/50 split when they fought should tell you all you need to know.

Though the poster makes a good point about Haye's cancellations and what not potentially threatening his cash cow status.
I'm not following your logic.

If Haye is a "bigger draw" than Wlad as you claim surely he would have commanded more than 50%? Also if Haye was a bigger draw then why was the fight held in Germany and not the UK?

At the time of the fight in 2011 they were seen as roughly equal draws, hence the 50-50 split. In fact, most people felt Haye was being overpaid.

Wlad has probably accumulated more than 20 fights wherhe has been paid more than 1 million euros. David Haye has had only maybe 5.
Wlad has earned much more money, that's not in question. A challenger is never going to get more than 50/50 against a draw like Wlad. You're acting like I said he draws nothing. The fact that it ended up 50/50 after Wlad wanted 80/20 with options is more telling than people want to admit. A gate is a gate, makes no difference in Germany or Britain.

Regardless of whom you think is the bigger draw, my point remains the same. Haye's drawing power ensures that YES he has a future if he actually steps in the ring.

Mate, I don't mean to be rude but this is egregiously incorrect.

Wlad's highest payday was in fact against Alexander Povetkin in Russia, for which Wladimir was paid 20 million euros.

In fact, I believe David Haye in his entire career has made less than 20 million euros.

So, in 1 fight Wladimir has made more money than Haye has with his whole career.
Wlad and Haye both made 25 million for their fight from every report I've seen.

Don't know, I live in the US. Isn't Chisora the only fight he's had? I thought that was PPV, but I'm not sure. It really doesn't matter. He obviously has a career if he wants one.

I don't think anyone does not find him to be an extremely talented fighter.
I just compare him to the Kardashians. They show up talk some crap and are gone.
Haye's biggest enemy is his ego.He thinks he is still relevant. Where he can show up and demand
attention, and the boxing community should just drop what they are doing. If he is serious he needs
to get in the ring and fight. Not show up at a night club and flash a smile.

I was a fan until the Wlad fiasco, they both lost my interest for watching them that night. I just answered the question posed.

The Chisora fight was on allegedly which is a subscription boxing channel. They dont do PPV events as of yet. Haye-Fury if it would of went ahead would of been on PPV though.

Haye stirs interest in the HW division like him or not, he also has a fan base that sells.

Along with some of your typical BS.

Haye is a top guy and will still be a top guy when he comes back. Wlad is THE top guy in the every way at Heavyweight.

He might be now, we'll see if Haye actually gets in a ring. Other than the typical whining and moaning of punchy, nobody can deny that my statement of haye having a career is correct.

I never said Haye didn't have a career. He'll be the number two heavy if he comes back.

I simple disagreed (along with everyone else) with your head up ass comment about Haye being the money draw at heavy.

Have a nice sleep.

It sounds like you're saying that a 50/50 split is proof that the fighter who received 50% is the bigger draw of the two.
