Don't think it was a fit, he did collapse though. Should have been a no contest to be honest, how can you call it a knock out when no punch is landed?

I met him a couple of weeks ago, he was very polite and quite humble.
Clearly his in ring persona is a bit of an act.

Don't rate him particularly. Punch accuracy seems poor, little power (though he is 18 to be fair), and defence pretty grim. I can see him getting quite badly exposed as he steps up in class.

But that said, he strikes me as someone just craving attention for as long as the going is good.

It'll probably help him negotiate a higher appearance fee on Celebrity Big Brother in a few years time.

To be fair I dont think the kid knew what was happening and probably thought it was a genuine knockdown, and yes it is distasteful, but the template for this kind of nonsense goes back a long way-Wilfredo Benitez KO of Mo Hope, Eubanks, Hamed etc.

From what I have heard the kid trains hard, is dedicated and lives the life. I cannot see him progressing too far as I dont think he has the skills needed to make up for the lack of power, but he is entertaining and fun so I wont mind if he proves me wrong.

He's a lock to get KO'd once he fights someone decent at this point. He pays no mind to defense and leaps in, throwing wild bombs, but with average power at best. He's quick, but not like his hero Prince Naz. The only goods I see him producing are for those who enjoyed Uzzy Ahmed's epic defeat to Sexton
He has potential if he does some growing up, works on defense, and is moved along carefully, but it's going to take a lot of work. I'd honestly rather see someone less insufferable succeed.

With the way he jumps in, someone will catch him clean on the chin while he's in mid air, neither foot planted and zero punch resistance, highlight reel KO in the making.
