According to a poster on another forum Christian Ennor will be in charge of Sam against Taylor.

The same guy who trained Sam when Dave went to jailin 2012. So I would say it's just Dave can't get into the U.S with his record(same as why Martin Murray can't fight there Katsidis had troubles fighting there initially).
