GB would be smart to work with both HBO and ST, and have them bidding against each other,
rather than burn bridges with one or the other. obviously haymon has burned his bridges

Now that GBP has taken Canelo & B-Hop back to HBO, Showtime has nothing scheduled other than 2 second-rate ESPN-level shows (on Oct 4 & Nov 1) from smalltime ESPN2 promoter Warriors Boxing, which has promoted almost exclusively on Friday Night Fights & their best-known fighter is ESPN regular Rances Barthelemy:

Mayweather is out of action until May 2015 and next September he'll be done, so Stephen Espinoza at Showtime has to be gripping over the fact that a couple of ESPN-worthy shows from Warriors Boxing is the best thing they could come up with to fill in for GBP.

With rumors also circulating that Shobox might be cancelled, Showtime boxing could soon be "circling the drain".

Sounds like wishful thinking imo by someone that strongly favors the boxers currently signed with HBO. Get real. There are many, many, quality boxers that will fight on Showtime, and will continue to do so.
